Part 1: Poetry
Inspired by the verses in the poem “Thu Dieu” by Nguyen Khuyen, the folk song “Tat nuoc dau dinh” and the lullaby of the Northern region, the first scene opens up to the audience a peaceful, rustic Vietnamese countryside scene. Bringing us back to the simple, everyday moments of the ancient North: with the bamboo fences of the village, with the lullaby of the mother. It will surely make your heart flutter.
